The Boston Marathon has officially crossed the finish line, and that can only mean one thing: spring is finally here. The air feels lighter, the days are longer, and everywhere you turn, people are lacing up their sneakers, ready to trade winter hibernation for action. Maybe you’re feeling that pull too: the first outdoor runs, weekend walks, pick-up games at the park, maybe even signing up for a 5K. It feels good to move again.
